Ian Waddams founded Commercial Brokers in 2023 following a successful career in commercial sales and leasing on Auckland’s North Shore. He manages his own diversified commercial property portfolio, encompassing industrial, office, retail, and development assets, and provides boutique, specialised services across sales, leasing, property management, and buyer representation.

Working closely with investors, landlords, and owner-occupiers, Ian deliberately limits his client base to ensure a highly dedicated, proactive, and communicative service—delivering consistently strong results. He holds an Agent Licence (Principal Licensee) with a proven track record supported by extensive experience across commercial property transactions throughout the region.
