Ian Waddams founded Commercial Brokers in 2023 after a successful career as a commercial sales and leasing agent on Auckland’s North Shore. Ian manages his own industrial property portfolio and delivers boutique, specialised services in sales, leasing, property management, and buyer representation, with a strong focus on industrial assets. Ian works closely with investors, landlords, and buyers, limiting client numbers to ensure a dedicated focus, proactive communication, while delivering consistently great results for his clients. He holds an Agent license “principal licensee” and has completed over 250 commercial property transactions across the region.
